I am Professor Saeir Darr and welcome to French class! This class will be a very basic introduction to French. It is not possible to teach an entire language in only one year. I have studied French for five years. I don't consider myself fluent, but I can certainly teach the basics of the language. There will be 4 lessons each term and one midterm exam and one final exam. Each lesson will be worth 30 points with 30 points possible extra credit, which is a total of 300 points per semester! You must turn in work for at least 3 of the 4 lessons and the exam each term in order to earn a quill for this class. You can earn two quills by the end of the year.
